How a post-construction clean runs

Three passes. One clean handover.

We schedule each pass around your trades so the building is ready for inspection, the owner walkthrough and turnover.

Phase 1

Rough clean

While trades are still working, we clear the debris so crews can finish and inspectors can see.

Phase 2

Final clean

After the work is complete, a detailed top-to-bottom clean of every room and fixture.
